Returns and Guarantee...
We've made our returns policy nice and simple; you can return all or part of your order within 30 days of purchase. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, with any tags still attached. We cannot accept returns of DVDs if their seal is broken. This policy is in line with the new European Directive on distance selling. Please pack it well with a copy of your receipt with a note describing the reason for the return, and return to the address on the receipt.
Please note that the actual colour of some items may differ slightly from the photographic representations shown on the site. Whilst we endeavour to thoroughly test all hardware products on this site, it should be noted that descriptions of performance and suitability are purely subjective.
If your order needs to be signed for on delivery, please insure that the packaging is intact and undamaged before signing. Damage caused by the courier in transit cannot be claimed for once a signature has been given.
You are allowed by UK law to have a 7-day "cooling off" period, this is to allow you to change your mind after purchasing but before opening and using the product. You can return the goods unused in "as new" condition for a full refund
